Business resources website launched

Wednesday, July 28, 2010 5:01 PM

A new website has been launched, SME Business Resources. It aims to compile a complete list of resources for small businesses and medium sized enterprises.

Small businesses are often overlooked by suppliers and find it hard to get the very best deals. This website aims to remedy this by finding all of the cost saving options and listing them all in one place.

At launch it is majoring on a few niche sectors:

  • Business Websites
  • Business Finance
  • Business Phones
  • Lead Generation

However other areas of interest for SMEs will be added on a regular basis.

At the same time, as part of its lead generation service, it is promoting consumer offers too. The first of these relates to debt problems and helping people get out of debt. Again more niche products will be added as the lead generation service expands.

It has its own blog which will be regularly updated as pages are added. Visit the SME Business Resources blog.

Other areas in which it hopes to expand are IT support, particularly with cloud-based IT solutions, fleet services, and business credit cards. All of these areas will be included by the end of the year.

A single simple enquiry form allows businesses to choose as many products and services as they are interested in and receive quotes without obligation.

We offer a complete business phones solution to businesses of all size and type. We are continually developing our offerings for both landline and mobile phones, keeping up with the latest technology to ensure our clients are able to utilise the latest hardware and software to reduce costs and improve lines of communication.

For new customers we can offer you a complete telecoms review to show you where savings and improvements might be made. This will encompass landlines, mobiles, broadband and IT. Taking a package with multiple services will save you money and improve administration and problem resolution in the process.

It may be that due to contractual obligations you are not able to move all services initially. We can transfer them as they become due for renewal taking care of the necessary processes and ensuring a smooth transition.

Existing customers benefit from ongoing reviews ensuring that the latest technological advancements are available to them to continually drive down costs whilst improving quality of service at the same time.

One of the new technologies which is being adopted by many of our business customers is VoIP. A VoIP phone system routes calls over the internet to ensure they are always being made at the cheapest price.

Our latest VoIP phone system also includes an integrated sim card reader. This allows all calls made to mobiles to be sent via the mobile phone network, coming out of your inclusive minutes when a contract is in place. This reduces the cost of calling mobiles from a landline from around 10p/min to 1p/min - a considerable saving for most business users.

This phone system is designed to be user friendly, plug and play straight out of the box. It comes pre-programmed by ourselves according to your requirements.

Designed for small business users with 1-16 handsets it is competitively priced and can quickly pay for itself in reduced call costs, particularly if a large proportion of your landline bill is for calling mobiles.

Revolutionary VoIP phone system - cheap calls to mobiles

Friday, July 02, 2010 2:03 PM

We are regularly asked about how to get cheap calls to mobiles from a business landline phone. More and more businesses are finding their monthly or quarterly phone bill is dominated by calls to mobile phones.

As more people rely upon their mobiles, even removing their landlines completely, the cost to business of calling mobile phones is likely to rise. How do you get cheap calls to mobiles?

The first option is to look at how much you are currently paying. If you are paying more than 10p per minute then you need to consider getting a tariff review and switching to a package that reduces your mobile calls to around that figure or lower.

Better still, we have a new product which we believe to be a one-of-a-kind phone system which includes a handset, pbx and integrated sim card reader all in one package the size of a standard business phone.

This VoIP phone system utilises intelligent least cost routing to ensure all calls to mobile phones (numbers beginning 07) are sent via the sim card, coming out of an inclusive minute package. This brings the cost of calling mobile phones to around 1p per minute.

Other calls are cheaper too by sending them over the internet. Providing your broadband connection is good you will not notice any loss of quality and you will have access to a range of other features which analogue phone systems do not offer.

Up to 16 handsets can be supported and these can be anywhere in the world, linking offices, homeworkers, countries - it is an excellent 21st century phone solution.

The cost savings provided by cheap calls to mobiles can quickly pay for the cost of the hardware. You will be surprised at how cost effective a VoIP phone solution can be.
